Been feeling really connected to Vee recently. He has been ill for a few weeks now but for some reason my energy has been low too and Im not even ill. His energy is low too.
He hasnt been sleeping too well for weeks now and for the past week or so I havnt been sleeping well either. Just so restless. I mentioned to him that Ive not been sleeping well and thats when he told me hasnt either recently, he told me took sleeping tablets the previous night and he managed good sleep. So I asked him to give me some tablets too and it worked! I have also been eating a lot of rubbish recently and cannot focus on my diet, but I never told him this and then he tells me how hes been eating crap and hasnt been healthy for the past week either!

It seems like we are both going through the same phase without realising that the other person is going through the same! Guess we really are connected 😊
