I really really need some motivation right now. I've got into a bit of a rut of doubts today and "Why would this happen"'s and I'm having a very hard time getting out of it. Any suggestions?

Take it as 'down sides are temporary'.
Make your mind busy right now, don't think about this. Talk,chat,call to your close friend (don't talk about this but different topic), watch comedy video, video of innocent kid, anyone of your fav. movie scene, seek any new song to listen ,...just divert it.
I have such downs too...its ok. They are nothing infront of your powerful mind.
You can affirm too, I am blessed,I am enough, I love myself....
