Visualisation

Hi, would like some tips on visualisation please. Do you just "day dream" or do you mediate beforehand etc?
Do you do 30mins in one sitting?
So you visualise whilst multitasking eg whilst travelling to walk etc?

Agree!
I would appreciate advice too. I put a timer for 30 mins and visualize. And it's starts off great and then my mind wanders off to something else and then halfway in I realize wait... I got off course and then try to visualize my love again or I end up falling asleep. How do you stay concentrated on what you're trying to visualize instead of it drifting to something else. How do you stay on your target.

And are there specific things we should visualize?

I try every single night, but I drift off and wake up thinking "whoa, what was THAT lol"...... I go entirely off track and I'm not certain it's too productive πŸ˜‚ Relaxing though, which means it is lessening my resistance. So I do it once again in the day, either in my lunch break or perhaps in my car just as I arrive home. Somewhere I can sit up so I don't fall asleep. I listen to a track I bought on iTunes, it's a theta meditation music track by Kelly Howell. It's just under 30 mins so I "wake up" as its finishing. It is very relaxing, only instrumental (not guided). It's called "The secret to attracting love"

I'm not great at "acting as if" so i just try to do it as I'm drifting off to sleep, imagining him there beside me.
By sitting up during the day for my other visualizing session I never fall asleep and can focus quite strongly  in my 30 min session. It all gets easier and much more enjoyable with steady practice. Hope this helps! 😊

What are some other good methods? Obiously there is journaling, scripting, affirmations, RS. What else? I am quite the stubborn one.

Let's get a bit creative here folks.. I use my imagination unabashedly! 😜.... imagining my guy is wildly in love with me. He misses me so much he is going crazy without me. I'm totally the love of his life and he completely can't live without me. That makes me feel a little better.. Then I spend time meditating. And visualising my most perfect relationship, as if I'm IN IT. And I exercise the negativity right out of myself, which gives me lots of endorphins 😊
And then I have a gratitude journal and I write all the amazing things I DO have in my life. And when I feel sad, I just remember that we are 90% energy and 10% physical.  Meaning that my imagination is 90% more real than my 10% physical reality. 
And I imagine all the things I want exactly as I want them to happen.
And I walk around ALL DAY repeating "Thank you,  I love you" in my head.  For good things and irritating things and everything. And I play my manifesting game and I get heaps of great things coming to me deliberately. Which convinces me that I really do create my own reality. And I listen to my vortexy playlist because the music is BEAUTIFUL to me. And I admire the sky, the clouds, the trees, the sunset, the breeze, food, my kids, my pillow, my clothes..
And I spend $100,000 a day in my head! Today was a new water pump for a small town in Ethiopia.
And I spend time talking to people I love
And I look at myself in the mirror and realise that today I'm more beautiful, lovely, blessed than I've ever been. You have to learn to really love yourself. So that other people can love you too.
And I focus wheel.. Like this.. This is crappy.... What feels a bit better.. I have lots of great things in my life... Bit better.. I am getting great at manifesting things.. Bit better.. And keep going until I have 12 better and better feeling thoughts.
And then I do my full time job πŸ˜‚
Really, if you do all these things, you start to feel much better. You can seriously only hold one emotion at a time, so you just have to find a thought that feels good and hold onto it. Really, it's that simple. And then things start to go beautifully for you. And then, when you are so happy and grateful and appreciative, that's when your love comes along. You need to learn how to truly love yourself xxxxxxx

I'll try to find where I read that.. But it's widely documented that the greater part of us is non-physical.. And I believe that to be entirely true.  That is why we have this ability to create our own reality with our thoughts and thus our vibration.
