I've had all kinds of people pop out of the woodwork when I let go. Resistance is a *****. Short answer: Yes. When you let go and turn your thoughts to other things, what you want shows up. I could go on and on about the exes I've manifested back and the end result was always the same... once I let go and moved on, usually to another relationship, they come back. I'll let you in on a little secret that people don't like to hear- I've never wanted them back once I moved on. Funny how it works.

When you vibrate high, you don't NEED anyone else. You may desire someone or a certain relationship, but you don't need it to define you. That's why it comes. Letting go of the resistance is key to manifesting. The "need" is almost a form of obsession. That kills your vibration.

Just letting go of the NEED for them is sufficient, right? I'm not too keen on moving on & forgetting about them.
