This is a great way to raise our vibrations. If you list down the things that make you happy and do 3 of them every day, you will constantly be in good vibes. So, shall we do this? I will share my list here:
Kissing and hugging my wonderful son
Grind the coffee beans and make my coffee using a French press (I love the aroma!!!)
To to a hair salon and have a quick shampoo
Go on a day trip -- leave early, with my laptop and WiFi, and go to a beach and come back before the sun sets
Have a long, mindful walk by the river
Visit this forum and post something positive!
Workout on my stationary bike
Say something good to one of my employees
Be grateful to one of our clients
Have a mani and pedi
Have a body scrub (my favorites are coffee scrub, rose scrub, chocolate scrub, dry scrub)
Have a massage (I usually get one every week. My faves are Swedish, Thai, Moxa Ventosa, bamboo massage, Javanese massage)
Have a healthy and home cooked meal (we cook 3x a day, everyday so this is not a problem)
Go to my dermatologist for an amazing facial and power peel (she's super kind and very good at what she does. she's also a great story teller!)
Read a chapter of any LOA book
Plan a trip and be excited about it! (even though it's not happening any time soon!)
Read a travelogue or browse some travel blogs to be inspired!
Watch any videos of Oprah!
Tell myself, "I love you, Vera, I love you so much! You are the most amazing person I know!" - Haha sounds crazy but it works wonders!
Comb my hair gently and say thank you to my hair strands for being so black and so beautiful
Have mani and pedi
Have a foot massage
Have ear candling
Declutter!!!!
Drink a liter of water with ice!
Meditate for 20 minutes
Do yoga
Say thank you to all my senses
Appreciate my bed, my pillows, my beddings
Have a nice conversation with my wonderful son
Watch a movie in the theater
Visualize a wonderful scene with my love!
Say my affirmations
Ask the universe to give me something!
Write 10 things to be grateful for
Act as if
Go biking!
Go for a walk in the rice fields
Wake up at 5 a.m. and savor the moment
Early-morning meditation
Have my favorite dessert
Have my freshly-pressed tea (loose leaves only, no tea bags)
Watch FRIENDS!
Play with our dog
Spend time with nature
Go on a road trip
Sail
Go on a kayak!
See my parents
See my brothers
See my other relatives!
Write, write, write
Have an 8-hour sleep
Have a power nap
Go window shopping and appreciate all the beautiful things that I see in the malls and boutiques
See a friend for coffee!
Go to the office and talk to my staff (I don't go to the office, I just work from home)
Conduct a weekend training for my staff

Enjoying a nice glass of wine either at home or out
Listening to my favourite music and singing along while I clean
Putting on happy music that I loved when I was a kid and dancing to it

Trying out a new recipe from a cookery book
Making some childhood favourite dessert like my Granma used to make
Yoga/Sun salute/The 5 Tibetan rites
Going to sit in a Street café and watching the world go by
Walking through a gorgeous park full of natural beauty
Having a home beauty afternoon where have a face mask/hair mask, and various body-beautifying treatments.
Eating out in a restaurant (I love going to eat Sushi, or Indian or Mexican food especially)
Going to music festivals and concerts
Doing creative visualization, making visión boards, focus wheels, creation boxes, and other fun loa stuff
Using my favourite perfumes (sandalwood, neroli, orange blossom, or vanilla)
