No we are not together yet but back in contact.
He wants me to prove my sincerety to be secure.

I wrote that upon waking up I'm sorry about that question. The good news again though, think of it this way...

He's probably insecure, or worried you're not going to stay with him, which is another good thing. He thinks highly of you and is just scared. Try thinking of it that way
