    Has anyone tried this?

    Has anyone completely read and followed the advice from Must Spark Joy (http://www.mustsparkjoy.com/30-mire-4/). I have just started reading it and was curious what experiences others have had with it.

    I attempted it and made it to like Day 7, I think.  I was overwhelmed by it.
