Don't worry too much sweetheart, I've been there before and it is a stage in the process that's really hard to overcome, BUT it will always start with your inner self. You inner positivity and how you see and look at your environment will help you. Neglect all limiting beliefs or negative thoughts that you have within you. This is the first step in concurring in getting back your ex. 

If sometimes you feel that your limiting beliefs or negative thoughts are taking over again, never forget the fact that your subconscious mind has the limitless capacity to execute whatever it is that you truly believe, no matter how impossible it may seem.
