After 12 years...
So this is crazy but I've always believed my college bf was my soulmate and every guy since I've compared to him... I'm in the middle of a nasty divorce (short marriage, he has hit me and police are involved.) So I got out of my abusive relationship.. and thoughts of my relationship with my ex.. How great things were and how happy and perfect it was actually gave me the courage to leave... he was my happy thought.
My ex and I began emailing very occasionally since about 4 years ago... and I truly want him back. I always have.
Any help!??!?!? Haha

Tell him all the good memories you shared with him and see how he responds! Others may post other ideas however that where I would start. Develope a strong friendship with him as time goes by!

Omg I did 2 years ago over email when he was in a bad place... He really appreciated it and suddenly remembered all of these details of our relationship that I didn't mention.... it's been years of back and forth!!! EEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Yesssss!!! Thank you! I so am. I realized this has been my desire for years and now finally obstacles are appearing and falling away!!!
