So I have been doing the 25 day challenge for a while now. And recently I started to get results. I saw many signs everywhere. My ex even texted me and we even talked on the phone. Now these conversations weren't exactly the ones I had been hoping for. They involved him telling me the same things how he can't get back with me or how he doesn't trust me or how he is with this new girl. We then also ended up seeing each other and we hung out but our conversations still had some of the same thoughts as the texts and call. He kept telling me he wants to be with this other girl. He kept saying all this but ended up getting with me that day. But kept trying to justify it as okay because him and this girl weren't serious yet and she knew he wasn't sure. He said that they would be serious soon though. This all happened about a week ago and we haven't been in contact since. I am still trying to do my best to focus only on the positives and I have been trying to not worry about the negatives.
I feel like I have had just so much time on my hands and I don't know what to now.
I felt really good knowing that is was all atleast kinda working in some way but it has stopped right now and I just don't know what to do.

You just have to keep up hope. You probably still have some negative vibes and you need to focus on the positive. Try focusing on the end goal in your visualizations not the how you will get there. Good luck!

Hey, you probably have some mixed vibes, so, even if you were able to bring him back into your life, he's now telling you the stuff you were fearing to hear.
It doesn't matter, it's never too late, it's never impossible. Focus on what you want. For how you're talking, I bet you're having imaginary arguments with your lover in your head. Don't do it.
Forgive the past and let it go. You're getting something new.
And please, please don't think you're the situation is hopeless. I've read worst cases that ended happily for the one trying to change his reality.
But I get you perceive this other person as a problem. You know what you can do? Say thanks to the problem. Launch gratitude to a problem and it disappears. How? Well, add this mantra to your life: thanks, third person, because you're just another step for my lover to come back to me. Write that in a journal as an affirmation until you believe it. And then, convince yourself that your man loves only you.
You know, reality doesn't mean anything. The only thing that's real is what you believe. And what do you believe in? Change your beliefs so they work in favor of what you want.
Or something like it. Everything you're a lover is doing are just steps to come back to you. Let him take his journey.

Thanks so much! I will defiantly be working on this. I have noticed that I haven't been reliving old arguments but reliving new ones and I will now be aware of when I do this.
