What do you do when you just feel pants?

You know, out of sorts. You wake up in the morning and feel - meh. Not about exes or situations, just in general and you don't know why. Or you have a cold or something and just don't feel firing on all cylinders.

Would feeling like this make things go wrong in life, your desires not manifest, or would you just work through it, accept it and that you'll naturally feel better soon, and get on with the day, and that wouldn't have a down-effect on your general, overall vibration?

Yeah i get what you say i get that same feeling some times like yesterday but I chose to focus on something else and bham my vibes were up and i got a new job interview.So its not that a bad day will ruin all your vibrational well being its just soemthing you have to accept and move on.At least thats what my loa coach has adviced.But heres a hint....general feeling meh and dont know why??Thats something we all need to know,why we feel meh or good or happy or sad, thats all about awareness as i have come to realise.So when i feel meh i try to relax,concetrate, explore my thoughts, realise the reason -cause there's always a reason even if we say its general- and say to myself ok thats the reason today I am feeling meh, i dont want you in my thoughts move along, goodbye.

Stop watering the plants that are poisonous and water the beautiful roses.

From experience, it doesn't really hinder anything for me unless I give it too much attention or try to fight it. At this point, I've just accepted bad days are inevitable and I'm not expected to have it together all the time.Β

Thats also a very good perspective ....We are only humans after all...
