Most definitely a sign! That's amazing!! And of all success story's I have heard this is common. Abe says that desires never dissipate, we can never stop having a desire. It appears that you are coming to the stage where you realize that you create your own happiness and worth, and therefore no longer have to be attached to people or things in order to feel good! Which is great and most likely the reason you feel this way! I find whenenever I manifest something without attachment, knowing "ah, I'll get it." That light hearted feeling, with not much thought around it, it always manifests. When you let it go, is oftentimes when it comes. When you no longer feel that you NEED them, is when you'll get them. It's normal.

When we feel bad for others, we often let that ruin our vibration as well, which you said it had for you and you were afterwards in a bad mood. See, some May Say that this is inconsiderate and that we should feel others pain,and feel bad for others,  but a very good quote from Abraham is that "You cannot get sick enough to help sick people get better. You cannot get poor enough to help poor people thrive. It is only in your thriving that you have anything to offer anyone. If you're wanting to be of an advantage to others, be as tapped in, turned in, turned on as you can possibly be." And it's true! Also, let the past be in the past! Ending badly in the past can not and doesn't change that you guys have an amazing lovely relationship out there in the future! So don't worry about it, focus on what you desire.
