Im having unease of getting off the subject of relationships and my boyfriend. That's what I like to call him, I feel like saying ex is reinforcing what I do not desire for him to be haha. I know that I must let go, for that's how I've manifested everything I ever have. Wondering if anyone has any tips?! I've noticed that's though I've fixed my vibration, and am 98% of the time content, since the day, I have been thinking of him nonstop and I know that I've got momentum of it since I have been thinking of him for a while. At times I get distracted, but then my brain flows back into thinking of him. I just know that I must let go in order for it to manifest.

By feeling the need to explain things to other people, you still activate the vibration of him being your ex, because that's still where your focus is.

Are you talking about your vibration about him or in general? If you had fixed your vibration about him, he would already be back. That he isn't means that you hold resistance and as long as this is the case, your thoughts about him keep you from getting him. As you said, you have momentum going on and it will take time to slow it down. You have control over your focus. Shift your thoughts every time you catch yourself thinking about him. That is uncomfortable in the beginning. It's much easier to let the momentum play out, but it isn't serving you. There aren't really much tips that I can give you. It's like working out. In the beginning, it just sucks. But when you finally have some muscles, it gets easier and easier. Mediate, take a nap, focus on other things, distract yourself.

I don't know what your definition of letting go is, but I know one thing: Doing something in order to manifest something doesn't work so well. The problem here is that when you really really want something, you are very aware of its absence. You don't really really want what you have, because the desire is satisfied, if that makes sense. So, by really really wanting it and really really wanting to manifest it, you are (in Abraham terminology) caught in step 1. You are focused on the absence end of the stick. The tricky thing about LoA is that the "I will make that happen!" approach doesn't work. Abraham talk much more about feeling better than about manifesting stuff. If you just could make it more about the feeling in this now moment, you wouldn't longer stand in the way of the manifestation. But you have to be honest with yourself about it. "I will make it about feeling better, so that my manifestation can come" doesn't work either.

Sanshi this has been one response i cant understand.....not your fault of course...
What I mean....i thought letting go was to trust you feelings know you have your desire feel like you already having it and not worry on how....not worrying on how doesnt necessarily mean doing nothing...it could mean trust that what you are doing has results...

There are as many definitions of letting go as there are people. That's why I haven't said a word about letting go in my post. I don't know what is her definition of letting go, so I can't talk about it. Not sure how you cannot understand something I haven't even talked about?

That was a question sorry I forgot the ? I didn't make my self clear...damn my rusty English....you mention that when we try to manifest we mess with our manifestation...
So take action is something we shouldn't do?

Aaaah, I think now I get what you are talking about. By trying to manifest, I don't mean taking action. I mean the attitude "Now I know about LoA and I will sit down, visualise, pussy whip my ass off and make it happen!!!". So, every thing you think or do should be in order to feel better, not to manifest something. If it thrills you to take a certain action or when you really feel like visualising for the joy of it, do it. Nothing wrong with action. The question is more how you feel about that action. Before you take action, you should make sure that you feel good about it.

Ok now i get it...i think i am on the right track here since i do some techniques only when i feel good about doing them and not all the time....the only meditation/visualisation i dont skip is the one for self love.cause i want to get better for me and then get better for my love.

Thank you very much for this! You are very right, about the explaining, I didn't think of it that way, but now that I think of it you are so right and thank you so much, I can see now that me explaining it was only truly for myself an for shows where I am at mentally. I meant 98% not in terms of him, but in general I am content. In terms of letting go, I mean not to worry of it, to forget about it completely. Let it flow away if that makes sense. Focus upon something else that makes me feel good, exactly as you said. I do know that it is about the emotion not the subject. I know that I must get off the subject because it's what I've done to manifest anything and everything. Things that I want come very easily to me when I trust, I know they will manifest and then let them go, turn my head to something else and forget about it completely, I find that everything comes to me. Always always always. It's not really like an action where as I am like "okay now time to let go so I can get it." I just let it float away if that makes sense. It's hard to explain, but it is how I have manifested everything. Thank you so so much. Sometimes it is not so easy to notice our own resistance, I really appreciate it. I believe I have a lot of momentum, which is why I am having unease at letting it flow away as I do with everything else I manifest. I know I have to feel ease about it.
