I have been having moments where I blank out and have a hard time following where my thoughts are, kinda like I was put on pause. Not sure if it is from mental exhaustion or not. What should I do in that moment?

You may be right. Cuz I have been going through a lot of stress at home.

My go to is to just take a few deep breaths and clear my thoughts!!! Always works. Always always always. I use it especially with tests at school and my grades are now higher than ever!! Whatever I'm blanking on will then come to me v quickly. Good luck love, and lots of happiness to you!
