Sometimes I feel happy without reason. And what is the best when is something negative so I after a few minutes or hours Im happy again and ignore negative situation because I know about Loa etc ..Abraham hicks tell that our nature is feel good etc.. but sometimes I have a few doubts or afraid when I feel good, because in my country ( maybe in other countries too ) exist quotes that "after laugher is often cry "and I listen this sentence in my childhood and sometimes I have experience that when I have good mood and have a fun so situation was change and things were negative. is it happened because I have belief that I cant be happy all the time? How I can delete this negative feelings that "when Im happy so sure it will happen something negative? "

I know what you mean! In my country is the same. In the village they say- Don't laugh so much, the cow is going to die.
That is the my problem also. Sometimes I'm afraid when I'm happy. That is so stupid but.. That's why I feel relieved when I cry. J know is stupid...Β

I'm English and my grandma and to some extent my mum were very superstitious. It depends upon if you take those beliefs on board or not. I never did because I thought it superstitious nonsense and they were beliefs of the older generation. I just never subscribed to it.

I have no idea... Probably, control of thoughts is the key. Also, maybe, if you succeed once it's going to be easier in future.
Some new opinions ? Im really calm and Happy a few days without my love Im did decision that I will focus on yourself and I will Happy with or without him etc..But I feel again a fear that Im Happy and so I will a sad again because something bad will happen

Maybe affirmations? Something like βItβs ok to be happy all the timeβ.... Look up belief changing techniques to see what you find.
