Be honest

Be honest

No matter if it's about an ex,job, money, new person,etc.. how many of  you  set a desire you want to manifest(whether writing it down or saying it in your head) and if it doesn't happen right away, you let it impact you and get yourself down and frustrated?

This use to be one of my biggest problems, I would start thinking "why isn't this happening" and get myself really frustrated

ever  since I've been patient and thinking better about it, things really do play out the way I want.. just TRY to stay calm

I've gotten better but I still have those days.
I've just posted in the 25-Day Challenge section.
I want to take a well-deserved break.

Re: Be honest

LOL Of course, happens to me all the time. I just rely on my personal methods to soothe my mind, shift those thought-patterns, and enjoy the feeling experience. You can be frustrated one moment and then feel like you're on top of the world in the next few hours, no big deal. But...I'm still only seeing results only when I let go...that is when I stop the techniques for a while and just live like normal.

But I wonder...if we buy into the idea that our negative emotions are metaphysically blocking what we want, are we actually making things harder than it has to be by seeing things that way?

Re: Be honest

This happens to me more often than I actually want to admit to but I'm slowly seeing progression in all areas I'm intentionally applying LOA to which is great!

Re: Be honest

the ironic part is when you stop caring when it comes, that's when it comes the fastest. at least that's been my experience.

Re: Be honest

I admit I've done it in the past but I don't tend to do it anymore
