the universe doesn't tell you anything except what your vibration is. so, it would appear that since you're dreaming of him that your answer is no, you don't really want to give up. it shows that he truly is your heart's desire. and i don't think you should ever give up on your heart's desire.

It's up to you whether you see it as a sign or not but if you're doing all these techniques on him and he then appears in your dreams, this could mean he's been thinking about you.
