What do people mean when they say this because I'm a little confused, I put in the work, rs gratitude, affirmations etc but what do they mean when they say controlling the situation.??

Know letting go is just letting go of fear and doubt but I read a lot of people say they got their ex back when they moved on from their ex but how is this possible BC the universe knows your true desires and if you give up how can it be your true desire??

I've tried moving on but every time I do I can't get my ex out my head and its like I think he's rsing me or something. I don't want anyone else really but why is it like this. He's definitely the one for me.

I'm convinced he's rsing me lol
