I decided to share some of my thoughts with you lovely people here, because I think until the initial contact is made everything can seem like such a myth but believe me when I say LOA is very much real! So here are a few lessons I picked up along the way

1. When we are still in the victim stage, casting blame on others for what happened, we are not yet positioned to manifest a specific person back. It is important to forgive yourself for everything you have experienced in order for you to move forward. This removes the hatred, guilt and anger you may feel associated with the breakup. It also clears your vision and helps you realize exactly what you want

 2. This brings me to the point of unconditional love ie loving without conditions. This is super important because it is incredibly freeing. Anyone who you felt got in the way of the relationship, love them unconditionally as well. This really allows you to open up and give genuine love to the situation.

3. Do not assume because you 'see' no progress, that there is no progress. Quite the contrary! in fact one of the things my ex told me was that he was unable to stop thinking about me and somehow everytime he thought about me, it felt like a lightning bolt and that he knew at this point he had to make the changes whatever necessary for the relationship to work, to give it a fighting chance (words totally unlike him..has always been the alpha male, strong ego type) . This struck a nerve because despite my accusations, the fact that feelings of working on himself have now risen, it shows the universe is giving me the best outcome of that relationship.

4. No situation is IMPOSSIBLE. When you think about creation, the vastness and beauty of it all, what makes you think the interrelationships of us are too big for the universe to solve? think of the billions of galaxies and how the Earth is not even a spec in proportion, yet here we are connected to this grand universe God has provided us with bearing all our solutions, all we have to do is BELIEVE and communicate in the universal language of love. It is truly a thing of magnificence and beauty

5. Dont be scared of 'me' time. I no longer felt embarrassed when I retreated from everyone to catch a second to myself, to meditate or to just catch and realign my thoughts. Being aware of your thoughts brings to your attention the constant negative stream that wants to connect with us if we allow it. Disconnect. Take control of your thoughts and you will take control of your life.

FYI I didnt go H.A.M on a bunch of techniques but I did follow Vera's MDRE 30 day challenge and listened to several Joe Vitale Books on Audible - he's amazing!

I hope this is helpful to anyone out there, as for me, I am going to continue to focus on exactly what I want, cuz it is certainly undeniably POSSIBLE!
