You just need to be strong, I usually stalked my sp on facebook evary day and a lot of times, I was obseced about her but finally I took the decition to focus on me and started to work day by day on myself and detached me of the situation. 

Now I'm fine, I dont remember the las time I stalked her on facebook..

I see it as having two options:

1) Let whatever you see roll off of you. I've used things that I see as themes for visualizations. Instead of feeling left out, jealous or hurt - I just use it as content to create our mental life.
2) You can keep poking where it hurts until you see something that really stings. To avoid this, don't look. If you have to block or disable your account - go for it.

I am the same way and what hurts the most is my ex will come over and then days later he post something . At first it was his new girlfriend now it's him just having so much fun things I use to ask him to do and he just wouldn't  do with me . I know it's hard because I'm in the same boat . But you just have to stop ✋ because it will alter your mood especially if you are flying high . I can be doing just fine until I see his post.  At first I thought it was my ego and he was trying to get my attention but I give him no response.  Go cold turkey listen to me talking we can do it together I am on Day 2
