For those of you who don't know I keep getting huge signs recently

Yesterday I started talking to this guy I met on a dating app... we got onto the subject of cars and he sent me 3 photos of a car meet he went to last month.... out of all the cars he could have taken a photo of and shown me (hundreds of cars) he showed me a car that was the EXACT car that my love and his friend travelled in! I know the car from anywhere because I've been in it and it's the same reg plate!!! I also asked the guy if he knew my ex and his friend and he told me that he had never heard of them. I felt like it was the universe telling me "dont forget about him" as I was talking to someone else (again I don't do the dating thing either so the fact that I was actually having a conversation with this guy is not like me i just felt like i should) I was shocked and asked the universe if that was a sign! The next thing I know I'm browsing through Facebook and decided to send a friend request to one of my colleagues at work quite an impulsive thing for me as I dont send requests often... I was looking through her profile and when I scrolled down it said that she was friends with someone with the EXACT first and last name as my ex! My ex has a very unusual last name so the fact he had the same full name was mind blowing and the fact that I saw this persons name moments after asking if the first sign was a sign!! What could this mean? Please help
