I manifested contact with my ex after 9 months 2 weeks ago, we have been messaging all week and then on Sunday he said we can't do this again, it always happens and he doesn't want to get involved again. He said he was at a low point and is atm. I feel sick, I feel heartbroken. I thought things were finally getting good again after so long. The other day, somebody on the forum said things don't always happen at once or in the order you expect. Can anyone give me some advice on this? Any videos that explain? I'm trying so so hard to be positive but I really am struggling. He is friends with my Dad  and they work together and everybody including my dad is saying all this negative stuff of how he only wanted to see me because he was lonely and at a low point and if he loved me or cared about me, he wouldn't do this. Help
