I don't know how to stop focusing on them.. they gives me the strongest feeling....they can't let me distract on them..

It takes diligence. Consistency. Don't tell me it cannot be done. Because it can. You are simply telling the wrong story. Give it a try for just a week.. Tell a fabulous new story as the others suggested! Just TRY TRY TRY!!

If you want, but you've done that a bunch of times already! What you need to do is STICK WITH the new story, and not let yourself get upset for a few days.. Despite ANYTHING

I just want to remind you that you are not alone on this journey. Not are you the only person experiencing stress and doubt. But what you will find if you look at other people's stories, is that eventually they have decided that enough is enough. And they have taken a stand against their own mind. And in a very short timeframe, by consistently reaching for the best possible thoughts they could, their reality has changed. Now, that's not to say your guy will immediately reappear. But life actually goes BEYOND your guy. With a few days of focus, your stress will become less, your happiness will increase, and LOA will allow you to access better and better thoughts and feelings.
