    Sending love

    Hey guys

    just a short question. Many of you are writing about sending love to your target. How do you do this exactly?

    So you need a meditation for it? I've read some people only lit a candle and sending love and light or something ... I just don't know how to do that 😅

    I'm imagining him telling him I love him. Sometimes there is pink light from my heart to his but always think about him with feelings from my heart.

    Good to know I'm not the only one lol. Everybody always talks about sending love but nobody tells you how to do that
