I've been doing a decent amount of this, and my success seems to fluctuate pretty widely. I don't really know that there's a bad way to do it, so long as it improves your vibe and helps bring the two of you closer, y'know?

I tend to treat it more like a journal, part of a nightly ritual: I write about something we did that day--she wrote, we talked on the phone, we went for a walk, etc.--followed by a quick visualization of our cuddling and feeling the ring on my finger before drifting off. It helps me, at least, and I think it's bringing us closer.

How does scripting feel for you?

I have always enjoyed writing my thoughts down. Scripting just naturally flows to me. It dosent seem like an effort. I write before going to bed - its mix of feeling thankful and a brief account of how the day went if i was to visualize the same day with all things going as expected/planned. so basically positive affirmations. My bf is always a part of my daily account that i write about. As if we talked, skyped, chatted. etc. etc. I also include ideal scenarios for my family.
