Hey everyone,
How do you stop yourself from feeling these pits in your stomach from seeing something you dont like on social media regarding your ex, or just making an assumption based off of it? I considered myself to be doing fine then someone brought something to my attention (they have no idea I am doing LOA) which totally made me get a pit feeling in my stomach and negative thoughts rushed through my head 100 mph. For the people who know this feeling and have mastered it, what do you do? I really thought I had been doing well and I dont want this to override my progess. Currently on Day 6 Veronica 25 day challenge. Help anyone?

Remove him from your social media. Tell your friend not to share anything with you unless it's positive.

how do you stop it from affecting you in the meantime though? I thought I was doing so well and the heavy pit in my stomach was like ugh! Thought I was a bit stronger than that.
