    What was that? Visualization taking effect?

    Hey friends,

    Just 10 minutes back I did my RS session for the day and was desperate to write this. I really "felt" that she was around when I was doing RS. And I was just about to finish, I really "felt" that someone was poking on the edges of my bed. And finally, the corner was pushed down considerably. And felt all these things very vivid. At one moment, I thought of opening my eyes leaving the RS as I was kind of taken aback and a bit frightened too.

    What was that? Does this happen? Anyone experienced this? Please throw some light.

    Feeling hopeful for no reason

    I've felt their presence but never anything poking my bed or anything.
