How did you deal with limiting beliefs. I can be absolutely present when I am with my Love and we have a great time! however, when we aren't those pesky limiting beliefs creep up. ie. i am not good enough
I didn't have any limited beliefs I knew he is mineThis is the most important part. You knew he was yours and knew he would return so there were no doubts that would create negativity and hinder your progress. Good job! Everyone should keep this in mind

When you script do you have to put a date on it. Can you just put a month and year? Or maybe a season of the year?

I sometimes put a date in the future on it but other times I put the day's date and scripted about that day I would have liked to have happened as if it already had
