When I do RS i say
I love you.
I'm sorry.
I miss you.
You love me.
You want me back
Take me back.
Please give me another chance.
Is this OK?

I never said anything like "I miss you", "You want me back", "Take me back" or "Please give me another chance".
I always spoke in present tense as if we were already together.

What do you mean by blockages. I do what Lanie Stevens puts in her book.
By blockages, I mean doing things that prevent your desired one from actually arriving. I"m sure you could care less about those other guys which is why they pop up. Now, obviously you care about your desired one but when you keep focuses on him not being there then you get more of that.

By having a blockage could mean you're aware of your current reality and that's a big no no.

in RS , do keep things in present tense and hear HIM Say whatever u want to as if its happening now ...words like take me back creates desperation and keeps your focus on the current reality. Thats not where u must focus. Hes already yours subconsciously so be happy and live the moment.
