Not ready for my manifestation

So my ex contacted me last night. She only texted me she was hurt she lost her best friend (that would be me) I didn't know how to reply so I replied super later. She hasn't replied.
But it doesn't feel right. I don't feel ready. I am still hurt from our break up. She has a tendency to be hot and cold with me (a habit that she's had since the start of our relationship) and I'm afraid this is another one of those moments. It has really messed with my vibrations. I am grateful for her making contact first, but the lack of sincerity or apology just doesn't cut it for me.
How should I proceed with future contact? Does this mean I can successfully detach myself from what I want (to be together with her in a happy loving relationship?)

As long as you need an apology, you haven't fully understand LoA and therefore chances are that you will recreate the same problems again. So you most probably aren't ready.
Her acting hot and cold is what you create, because you expect her to act that way.

I can't tell you what to do, but it's never about what you do anyway. It's about your vibe.

Re: Not ready for my manifestation

Is it wrong to want an apology? How is that not understanding LoA?
I guess I just need to realign and be more specific on what I want from a relationship and my significant other instead of focusing on her and giving power to our previous downfalls.

Would you expect an apology from someone for something you did? LoA says that you are the creator of your own reality. As long as you blame others for their behaviour, you obviously don't understand that you created that.

Re: Not ready for my manifestation

LOL LoA says many different things, its theories are as diverse as the people who write about it

Heal yourself for now.

I think that's the best thing you can do...and judging by your previous posts you already know that.

But in the end, it always comes down to the same thing.
