I've realised I've probably left this a bit late for posting but I've just been doing it and thought I'd share it with you all.
Every new years eve I write a letter to the universe saying thankyou for all the good things that have happened through the year,I also ask to release all the hurt pain and sadness,I forgive people who hurt me and I ask for forgiveness for the people I've hurt.i ask the universe for a happy healthy peaceful new year.i then tear it up into tiny pieces and let it go in the wind.
The other thing I do is on my new calendar write down all the things I want for the next year (I write it on the back cover),I put for the greater good and at the bottom so mote it be then hang my calendar up.
Also if I'm awake I open the door to let the old year out and the new one in.
Does anyone else have any traditions they do?
