So I was with my ex for a year and a half. We were best friends before that for a couple of years. Our worlds constantly revolved around each other and it became very toxic. She left me for a random guy she met one day and they are now together. I have had zero contact with her since we broke up, a month ago, and I did that out of the fact she thought of me as clingy and needy. How do I continue to have hope in loa if she's happy with someone else? This is the first time I'm using loa in a serious matter but it is so hard to visualize happiness with her when I know she seems to have moved on even before we broke up. Any advice would help! Thank you so much

You can get her back only if you dont think about her and her new relationship... First of all feel whatever sadness and all you are feeling and then let it go... Dont hold on to it, sit in a place and calm your mind... Take deep breaths and visualize your and her relationship in which you both are happy, kissing,cuddling... Do scripting, rs and then let it go... Trust universe be happy do things that you love.... The only way to get her back is to be happy within and with yourself... Just go with the flow... Be happy and give gratitude.... She is yours amd stay positiveππ. We are all here for youπ

Thank you for the advice. I find myself relapsing into sadness and grief. Should I continue to try to manifest even though I'm like that. I'm highly concerned the Universe will just continue to bring those negative feelings even though I just want my lover and a new great relationship back. How do I get over the sadness and truly detach myself from it?

Feel the emotions and go into the body. While you're grieving try think of nothing but your awareness. Focus on your breathing and let the emotion flow through your body.
Feeling crummy won't stop your manifestation as long as you're doing it for the sake of releasing resistance.

LOL I was gonna say pretty much the same thing. Just accept what you feel, as your practice acceptance of your emotions and stay centered, you'll feel calm and energetic again.
