Is it okay to know in the back of your mind that it isn't real?

Lately, I've been feeling very good. Ive been visualizing basically all day and have really been feeling like I have my love back and I don't feel like I need to do anything because it's here already. The thing is I still know in the back of my head that it isn't here in my physical reality, is that okay?

When that thought would come up for me, I'd push it away. Since things don't manifest instantly, it didn't hurt anything to have the thought pass through.

As long as you are aware of his absence, you get more absence. If you accept that physical reality isn't real, then you can look at it and notice that it hasn't manifested. But you would stay indifferent towards it. But if you visualise to make something happen in an actual physical world, you can't be aware of his absence. It's all about how you interpret physical reality.

"Self-abandonment. That is the secret. We have to abandon ourselves to the state, in our love for the state, and in so doing live the life of the state and no more our present state. And to make the state alive, one must become it."

So as long as we stay indifferent towards it and refrain from letting ourselves feel bad about it, it's okay?

As long as you don't accept it as the truth.
