Is over-optimism a good thing?

I was feeling really good last night, constantly thinking and repeating positive thoughts in my mind over and over again. I was merely creating a new life in my mind, the life that I had always dreamed of having, and as I was visualizing it FELT as if I was already living that life, it felt so great and so real. I couldn't stop thinking about my "soon-to-be-life".Β

For example: Traveling far and wide, eating lots of exotic food, having tons of new and fun experiences, meeting hundreds (if not, THOUSANDS) of hot men, having flirty exchanges with those men, etc etc. This, right here, is the perfect life for me! I wanted to think it forever! In a way, I was addicted to the "feel good" visuals in my mind, to the point I can literally feel my vibration expanding in such a way it's absolutely mind-blowing!

Can I continuously think the "feel good" thoughts? How much is too much?

As long as you keep your common sense, nothing is too much.
