Hello everyone,
Merry christmas... Its been months now... I am feeling good... There is no anxiety at all nothing... Yesterday i was on instagram and something told me to go to his insta page.. And there i saw his pic with her...it didnt bother me but i cant stop thinking about her... What do i do.. I am trying so much not to think about them😢

Well... you need to stop looking at their pages. You say that it didn't bother you but right afterwards you say that you can't stop thinking about her. So it does bother you. Just stop looking at it and think about something else. If you don't, all you're doing is giving their relationship fuel.

Thanks guys . I didn't write this post but it's definitely me. For some reason I seem to obsess that he is with someone. I'm always FB stalking to see if the profile picture with them together has changed. Of course it's not and now I know why ... Because I'm keeping them together . Thank you for making me see this !!
