Please help
Sometimes when I visualise or think about him I get a faster heartbeat. I listen to subliminals and my heart is racing has this happened to anyone else why is this happening

I don't know. Same thing happens to me and I don't even visualize her. I'll literally run into her and every time I do my heart beats a lot faster. I don't really even want her anymore lol. So I'm like....
