Good point. I'm in a weird situation in that I have to get a job before the end of January. But in the meantime I have this one to do.

When you are working in an organisation u have to be prepared to meet different kind of people. Sometimes we are placed next to people who irriate the **** out of us, but sometimes we adjust if we like the job. However is most of the people are not in sync with you, you can think for another solution, like a job change.
But, do ask yourself, do u like the WORK you do? Does that interest you more than the annoying colleagues? If so, yu need to focus on the job and try (which is diff) to ignore them as much as possible.Β
If your mind says u dont belong here, do trust it and look for an environment where u will be at peace. Working in an atmosphere which is not healthy is very difficult.Β

That's what I do because I do enjoy my job in itself.Β Even though there are some things that irritate the heck out of me.Β I tend to really focus on the areas that don't.
