Some days ago I saw something that affects me, so, I decided to stop seeing the social media pages of my SP
Now, I feel confuse, because I don't know what to do :sΒ
Since a month ago I started the trainning for a Job, and I don't have much time to think about her, but that helps me because I need to think more about me and less about her and I feel proud of me for my achieves during this training.
I don't know If this Job is for me, but I'm trying to take the best of this experience and I meet a lot of nice people
Also I don't have much time to do the technickes, because usually when I come back to my house I'm tired and I need to study and practice some things about the job.Β
So, It's fine if I visualize or do RS or other technique only if I have time or if I have the desire to do it?, because for example this week I only visualized and did RS only one day :sΒ
Of course, when I did all the technickes in the past, I enjoyed to do it, but my question is if it's ok If now I only do the technickes only one or twice a weekΒ
Also the letters, my notebook with my journals about me and her and the pictures, I left them save and I don't remember the las time I saw all of this stuff or when was the las time I wrote something in my notebook....
I don't know, I feel like I'm forgetting her and I don't know what to think, I love her but I'm thinking more about me and about my life but I feel scared about forgetting her....Β
I know that maybe this is the correct way, I saw this in some testimonials but I feel confused about that because I want to be with her, not forget her....Β

You are right on track. You feel bad because they haven't been on your mind or you haven't thought about them right? I would say that is letting go and detaching from the situation.Β
Don't let this get you down, go on living your life and let the good things roll in.Β

You create your reality in every second of your waking hours. Or do you stop thinking, when you don't have time to do any techniques? No, I guess not. And the thoughts you think in this times are way more important, because it's much more than 30 minutes of visualisation and it reveals your beliefs, if you just let your thoughts flow without directing them. So, if you can direct all this thoughts FROM what you want, you don't need any techniques.

Just to clarify: the thoughts we should be thinking through out the day are the thoughts that we would have in our desired reality? That's the key and important part?

Yeah. You can't visualise for 30 minutes and then wonder where he/she is, how long it will take and if you do everything right. Well, you can do that of course, but it only leads you to wanting your ex back for months and months.

When I think on her I try to be happy, but somethimes I feel a little sad :s but not as before, now I feel better, and it's easy for me to think in other things.Β
Maybe it's part of the proces, like you say, is letting go and detaching from the situation....Β

but what if I'm thinking in other stuff, like my job, my friends, the kind of person I want to be, she appears less in my mind than before, and I know that is better for me to think on myself but somethimes I forgot to think about her and somethimes I miss her, but not like before.
