Hi guys , i wanted to ask about thoughts , I do my visualising about my desires and feel it and believe that is true and it's all great, but through the day we're too change our thoughts that match/ assume our desire to be true
So for example if my ex pops into me head (which isn't often now tbh) and say I'm wondering "what's she's doing" I would change that thought too somthing like she's "waiting for me to come home from work"
Is that the right thing to do?? π

That's what I do. If you're at a park walking or something, picture them with you. FYI, stop calling her your EX.
