I was thinking...There are LOA coaches that says  that behind excitement and exiliration is usually attachement and while that may be true...
If you while visualiseing and doing RS are feeling excitement and that feeling (tingeling) in your stomach it means you are trusting..you feel nervous because you know it is coming as you visualise and in everyday life we are all stage fright before something important happens.
