    Help with dreams

    I've had several dreams about him, but recently I've been having dreams about him and his girlfriend, you can't help what you dream about so why am I having dreams about them both, I still have dreams about just him as well, this is weird cos all my exes and former crushes have never appeared in my dreams but this guy is different, I've had so many dreams about him and me, I'm just struggling to know why recently I have had dreams about him and the other girl

    Dreams that you remember are moe like visualizations in Alpha state right before you actually fall asleep. That is when you really get a sense of what your subconscious believes. So deep down in your subconscious level you either have some fear or some built up emotion surrounding these two that ends t be taken care of. You can easily do that by using a meditation to reprogram your subconscious or to even just use affirmations before bed.

    If you have dreams about a certain person then it means at some point they're thinking about you or having a dream with you in it.
