I think the jury's still largely out on this onr. Personally, I like to think they are resonating with us on that frequency--why else would we feel it so strongly? I sometimes, during really intense visualization, will literally vibrate with the strength of the emotion, and it feels wonderful.

At the end of the day, as long as it keeps your vibration high, and doesn't push you to seek that as validation, it'll be fine. It all comes down to hoe you feel about it, I think.

As a side note: I visualized hardcore last night, dreamt of her a bit, and woke up happy in a downpour. My love adores the rain, so I see it as the Universe resonating with the two of us as well, and I love it.

I had a dream with my love wanting me back, such a great feeling. Then he was all over me the other day. Esther said that she had a dream with her husband before they got together. Is a great chapter!!

I think it's documented enough that we can definitely say that dreams mean something more than just what is on our minds before we sleep. Just over time, so many people so many ideas and versions of what is going on that it can get confusing. 

I will say that I have been dreaming and mid dream realized that I was dreaming. I've completed a manuscript based on dreams.  There have been multiple incidents where I'd have problems in my life and I see how to solve them in dreams. Etc. I do think that with RS, Visualizations and dreams we are connecting with other people's subconscious.  I do think that belief though is beyond my level of understanding right now. But, it's something there in my opinion.
