Maybe I should stop doing Rs, visualization, etc and rather try dont think about him and try forget to him and maybe it will easier attract him back..

Like attracts like. Your current feelings have to match how you feel when he's actually back. You wouldn't be missing him, feeling down etc if he were there.

Agreed. The universe doesn't know good from bad. It can't judge situations like we humans can. That's what makes the universe perfect pure creation. It knows vibration. If you have a negative vibration it will only reinforce that. If you have a positive vibration it will reinforce that instead.

I view it as the Universe having it's own way to communicate with us. But, the communication method is very easy to learn.
