Admittedly I've had a **** few days, well weeks but days sounds better. Of course, I've fought resistance and you know what's come about? More of it. I've not slept properly for a while because of it. Give yourself permission to feel sad, down, mad, whatever the negativity is. Not all thoughts will manifest. Focus on you and do something to cheer you up for the sake of feeling good, not for the sake of aligning to your goal.
This post is for me too, I guess. Look after yourself.Β

Just divert ur mind...go on a vacation,do whatever makes u happy...
I went for a solo trip,made new friends...helped a lot...also made me realise how much I love travelling...
There is no use getting upset...YOLOπ
Remember each day lost being upset is a day lost out of your life...
