Law of Attraction has caused me to have horrible OCD intrusive thoughts that scare me. As a result I have become blank and zoned out most times trying to control my thoughts. And it has upset my family greatly. My mom even got mad at me. I can't do it anymore. I need support. Any comments?

You have to do what is right for you but if you continue to do something that you believe is becoming hazardous to your health then it will. Do you suffer from OCD regularly? I mean I don't know that LOA is to blame. In fact from experience I had depression and anxiety and this month I got recently re-diagnosed with just Anxiety no depression. LOA has helped me with that.Β
There have been plenty times that you have asked questions about how to get your Love back and the same information applies to your life because you embody the person you become. I hope you get the help that you need and feel better.Β

I do have OCD. And Loa has magnified it. Because you can't really control your thoughts with OCD.

Not the same thing but I'm bipolar and the negative thoughts can be really overpowering. I have a friend with OCD who practices LOA and as it stands right now she's managed to use it to her advantage. Of course this is all about you, if you feel you can't cope and it's affecting you don't do it.Β

Okay gotcha, well I think the easiest thing to do is to do what feels best for you, so if stopping practicing LOA feels right then absolutely do it. I mean we are our thoughts right?

StaceyLou. How did your friend manage with the OCD? to do LOA? did she have any tips?

Just drop LoA and go back to your therapeutic exercises. Are you in therapy for it? It will probably help you feel better and that's what most important right now. By the way, not every thought you think will manifest.

She writes down any bad thoughts she gets and allows herself to feel the way they make her feel because resisting them is futile. As Colonel Roosevelt Β said your health is more important, if you're in therapy focus on that. Not every thought will manifest.Β

I think you don't have to worry about stop doing LoA or not. LoA works all the time, whether you are controlling your thought or not. The Universe is still working. So just try to live a positive and grateful life and don't worry about it. If you're living positively and happily, the Universe will surely bring you more of it. I have the same struggle, so whenever I think about it in a simple way like this it makes it easier.

So it is like it is-Universe is always ON, you can't press OFF. Point is not to think so much about it and not to make such a pressure to yourself. I said a few times that is little bit easier when you are not aware of LOA lol.Β
We make pressure to ourselves- to make something perfect, to be perfect in something... We are problem not LOA.
