Attracting someone specific (not ex)

Hello all! It's been sometime since I last posted here. I've enjoyed great success when attracting my ex gf but I'm now past the phase.

Recently I met this girl whom, for so long since I broke up, made me fell head over heels over her. Initially we went out and everything was good and happy and I really thought we'd get together. However yesterday I confessed my feelings for her and she told me that when we hang out for the past month, she thought she was ready to embrace someone new in her life but she felt she was wrong. She told me she values being alone now.

I am seriously confused by her. Now I'm turning to LOA to help heal the gap and hopefully something good will turn out from there. I just dont know if I should just go no contact or withdraw my affections or what? If anyone had similar experiences or success stories to share pls guide me! I would appreciate that alot. Thanks!

Your actions doesn't matter, so what you should do only depends on what makes it easier for you to blend out reality and focus on what you want. For most people, that would probably be no contact.

What should I be doing? Visualizing us being happy together? Going on dates? Or that she tells me she wants to be with me? What kind of visualizations are the most powerful?

Don't visualize because you want something. Visualize because it feels good. If you visualize because you want something you're attaching a feeling of lack to it and only pushing it further away. Focus on you instead. Pretend you already have it. Who would you be then?
