I've decided to set a new intention in regards to my goal, I found what I intended originally was too much for me to process so I'm taking the path of least resistance. I'm just curious, how do you all set intentions?Β

I usually just acknowledge the reality where my desire is already done exists and I affirm that it is now. I ask myself who I would be in that reality and emulate that person. I release the resistance by owning my thoughts and if it doesn't fit with what I want to align to I simply replace it with a belief that aligns with my desire. I validate all contrary thoughts and own them. Saying that's a valid thought. The key when you validate contrary thoughts is to stay neutral towards them. Don't put emotions on them like that would be terrible. It's just a passing thought that has no bearing unless you let it.

I just tell myself this is what I want to do, this is who I want to be and I just do it.
They key for me being the focus on who do I want to be? How do I define myself in my ideal life? What does my ideal self do, say, how does my ideal self interact with the world...
As if I am sketching out a character in a novel/play etc.
And then I just play the part

You simply decide what you want, and then get in the feeling of already having, which the vibration alignment, and then God/Universe does the rest. You do the principles of LOA once you decide and get in alignment.

Thanks for the replies guys. I found myself too overwhelmed with my original intention so the path of least resistance was to downscale it, I'm still going to get the same outcome, just going to go at it in steps. The path of least resistance is the better option. :DΒ
