When I started this journey I was a wreck. My thoughts were all over the place and my only goal was to have her back. I've learned a lot through this forum and the wonderful people here. I scoured the internet for all the information I could find. I learned how to control my thoughts and emotions. I've learned what it truly means to forgive myself and forget the past. I started to feel myself again.
I was still spinning my wheels. I wanted so bad to know what I needed to do. I started asking a lot of questions on here to really get it. My brain isn't satisfied until it truly gets something. It finally clicked when Mave shared a bashar article. I learned to use my fear and my doubts as a way to dig deep into my undesired beliefs and replace them. I started immediately replacing my old beliefs with better ones and could feel the change within me. I still felt like I was missing something. I was always posing the question and new belief around how would I feel if I was with her. I was still focusing on her. I had my revelation when I turned the question just a small step forward.
Who would I be if I already had it?
It just hit me like a wave. Now when I feel fear or anxiety. Almost non existent now. I just ask myself. Is this the thought of someone who already has what they want? No? Then what belief is causing me to feel this way. Own the belief. Then replace it with one I favor and affirm that this awesome belief has always existed I just needed to shift to it. I just needed to exemplify the person who already holds the belief.
ITS ALWAYS ABOUT YOU.

The best bit of advice I can give for that is to start thinking of your thoughts as a channel, like a tv channel or a radio frequency. If you were watching tv or listening to the radio and you weren't pleased with what you were exposed to you'd change it, wouldn't you? So if you get a thought that doesn't help you, just affirm what you have exists and think of a thought that'll benefit you.Β

Yes every reality exists here and now. I've held this belief for a while now even before loa. I've studied a lot of eastern philosophy mostly the practice of zen. It also helps to remember that every reality is valid. Even the one that is playing out in front of you. I was trying so hard to ignore it and it was only slapping me in the face even more because what you resist persists. You have to own the current reality and not pass judgment on it. Then you can start to shift to more desirable realities.

Exactly. I also don't have her physically. I already have her in the reality I'm shifting to though. I'm just going with the flow of the universe and loving every minute of every day while it manifests.

That's what I thought you were supposed to do?... ignore the current reality and change the channel to the reality that you want?..confused

You recognize and understand that all of creation is already complete.
As such, all possibilities and scenarios exist.
Infinite versions of yourself and everyone else. Infinite combinations of "realities."
You recognize that whatever reality you're now experiencing is simply one of many possible options.
You look at your current reality as nothing more and nothing less than one of these possibilities - an option - like you're looking at a menu and looking at steak vs chicken.
When you see and understand it's just one of many options - you're not attached to it - unless you really really love it and want it to carry on as is.
Otherwise - you just accept that it's one of many possible scripts and you choose the one you prefer.
When you choose to put your focus and attention on what you prefer, you're not so much ignoring current reality as much as changing the channel to another.
The TV station analogy is a good one.
