Focusing on the desired reality

When you guys say to focus on the desired reality what exactly does that mean? I know it's partly not focusing on current reality but are we supposed to be visualizing it or just thinking about it? This seems like a dumb question but I'm confused as to what I'm supposed to be thinking.

Re: Focusing on the desired reality

Aside from your relationship - who are you? What and who is your ideal self?

Who are you at your best? What's your best world look and feel like?

Think and feel and concentrate on and be that....

All else falls into place...

Hope that's helpful

Re: Focusing on the desired reality

I view it as being happy with yourself, loving yourself. And doing, thinking and saying things that align with your desired reality. So if you wanted a car for example, you wouldn't be thinking "Oh I don't have this car" because that's not what you desire.Β

Re: Focusing on the desired reality

It means to think, speak, and act like you already have what you are trying to attract. If you already had your desire right now, what would you be thinking about? What would you be saying? What would you be doing? Obviously you can't entirely live out your desired reality physically until it fully manifests, but you certainly can think and feel as though you already have it. Give more attention to your desired reality than you do your current.

Re: Focusing on the desired reality

It had less to do with the specific "thing" you're trying to attract and more (everything) to do with who and what you are in your ideal life

If you're completely happy and living your best self all around - then naturally, you have the object(s) of your desire

All of this is about being your best self in your ideal life

If you're still the same (and potentially lacking) in other areas of your life - without changing your overall being - when you "attract back" your ex or any other desire for that matter - from the space and being that you currently are without first changing your own base - anything that comes your way will still be experienced through the filter of your current existence/who you currently are

To attract the ideal relationship with your ex, specific person, anyone, anything - first you have to attract/be your best most happiest and fulfilled self - then anything that comes into your life is in line with where you want to be

The object /person/circumstance/situation doesn't actually bring you that which you truly seek

Changing yourself and being your best self and loving yourself and being truly fulfilled with and by and happy with yourself - no matter what the "external" is amd brongs everything

Because if you're your best self - then how do you not automatically have all that you want ;)

Re: Focusing on the desired reality

As sunny said, it's about what you think all day long.
"I know that he will be back" - old reality thought (could be benefical, but isn't ideal)
"I love how he looks at me" - new reality thought

For me, visualisation is a part of thinking, because you can't create a picture in your head without thinking the thought. So, new reality thoughts are that which you would think in your desired reality, old reality thoughts are that which you wouldn't think any more.

I was just wondering what you'd think about this topic, I like the way you think.Β
