    I'm not sure if I've posted this here but I have it on in the background right now and thought of this forum. What you ask for is always heard, even if it's negative and you don't want it. If you set your intention work on avoiding any contrary thoughts, words and actions. Don't contradict your desire. 

    It Is Not What Happens To You, It Is How You Respond To It.
